Question 1

Is Dinner Table Cards free?

Accepted Answer

Yes, completely. Every category, every topic, the AI 'Surprise Me', and the live multiplayer game — no card, ever. If you run low on questions, just share a quick bit of feedback to unlock 25 more.

Question 2

How do I play with friends?

Accepted Answer

Host a free live session. Everyone joins on their phones with a 4-letter code or a QR scan, answers the same question, then you reveal the answers and vote for the best. No app and no sign-up for players.

Question 3

What's the difference between Light and Deep questions?

Accepted Answer

Light questions are playful and low-stakes — great for groups still warming up. Deep questions go further: values, regrets, hopes. Both are in every category.

Question 4

Do I need to download an app?

Accepted Answer

No. Dinner Table Cards runs in any web browser on phone or laptop, and it works offline once loaded — no internet needed mid-dinner.
